Mailing List Members
Find what mailing list members are and the way to sign up for a mailing list.
Mailing list members are persons that receive bulk email messages, such as weekly and/or monthly newsletters. Depending on the app that’s used to manage a specific mailing list, they may have registered personally, expressing their categorical permission to be added to the mailing list, or they may have been added manually. The latter suggests that they will technically get unsolicited emails. Typically, mailing list members can be managed by the mailing list admin who can authorize or remove them, or they can unsubscribe manually if they do not wish to receive email messages from now on. All mailing list subscribers will always get the exact same content on the condition that they are part of the same mailing list, but a single subscriber will never be able to see the rest of the mailing list subscribers in the "To" section of the email message.

Mailing List Members in Hosting
In case you have a Linux hosting service on our advanced cloud web hosting platform, you will be able to configure electronic mailing lists and to manage their subscribers effortlessly. We rely on a powerful application called Majordomo, which comes with tons of features and it’s hardly a surprise that it’s among the most widely used mailing list client applications available on the marketplace. Adding or removing a mailing list member is astonishingly easy – you’ll simply need to send an email with a given command in the message body to majordomo@your-domain-name.com, which means that you will not even need to sign into the Hepsia Control Panel. In the same way, you can also view all existing subscribers for any list that you create. Should you come across any difficulties, you can examine the instructional articles that we have added in the Email Manager section of the hosting Control Panel or you can touch base with our tech support team, which will be available to you 24/7.
- Mailing List Members in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you get a semi-dedicated server through our company and you set up electronic mailing lists via the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel, you will be able to manage all your mailing list subscribers without any difficulties. We offer one of the most popular mailing list apps called Majordomo. It will enable you to view all your mailing list subscribers, to add new or to remove existing ones by sending an email message to the mailing list’s admin email address, so you can administer everything without even having to sign in to your Control Panel. Needless to say, only you, being the mailing list admin, will be able to achieve that. New members will need to verify their membership, so the messages that you send out will be legitimate and you will not have to worry about emails getting reported as spam. We’ve also got several how-to articles where you can find more information about how to manage the mailing list. - Mailing List Members in Semi-dedicated Servers
