Because of this, we’ll do all that for you at no cost!Our highly competent technical team members will move your site content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have a lot of experience with web site migration and can handle anything – from a traditional WordPress–based blog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven web site, to a highly elaborate, custom–made web application.

A: There are lots of factors to take into consideration – the total number of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the current workload of our website migration professionals, etc. Nevertheless, we do try to implement all website migrations in a 48–hour window. Smaller websites are transferred faster – usually in under 24 hours.

A: We don’t collect any personal information. We will require, however, the login info for your old web hosting account as well as the name of the website that you’d like to migrate.

A: While we move your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. After the transfer is completed, we will ensure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your content is not affected prior to notifying you that the migration is complete. After that, we will explain to you how to transfer the domain name over to your web hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS records.

A: While we transfer your web content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will not touch base with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your web site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform given that we can gain access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we can’t migrate are those based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
